Top 3 Wishes

Here are my 3 most wish-listed items!
This first item is one of my favorites.  It is one of the easiest ways I know to introduce multi-meaning words.  My kids' vocabulary increases a lot from it and I have found that it really helps my struggling kids and my ESL students.

I use these <actually the second grade version> myself and have heard that some teachers even use these WITH their students and explain all of the different levels.  I need to start exploring this idea! If you teach first grade this is rubric set is a must have!

These are awesome to use in your math centers during these cold months!  There are a lot of activities that are helpful in this pack...I get a kick out of watching the kids work on these.

I am a necklace person....in fact, I always wear a little owl necklace that Amanda Madden got me when my mother passed away at Thanksgiving....she said that it would represent our owl friendship (we are both on the Owl-Ways Inspired Blog) and all of the wisdom my mom had imparted to me.  The only time I have taken it off is when I had surgery.  Thanks, Amanda.....much love to you!

I would much rather shop on-line than go out shopping...but it can get me into big trouble!  

I marked tea as my drink....but I am a recovering Diet Coke-a-holic.  I am on day 27 without diet coke.  I'd rather drink water though!

I am a definite night owl which gets me into trouble when school is in session.

I NEED central air!!!
